Things that make you go "hmmmmmm"....... www.newscientist.com/news/news.jsp?id=ns99994318US develops lethal new viruses 19:00 29 October 03 A scientist funded by the US government has deliberately created an extremely deadly form of mousepox, a relative of the smallpox virus, through genetic engineering. The new virus kills all mice even if they have been given antiviral drugs as well as a vaccine that would normally protect them. The work has not stopped there. The cowpox virus, which infects a range of animals including humans, has been genetically altered in a similar way. The new virus, which is about to be tested on animals, should be lethal only to mice, Mark Buller of the University of St Louis told New Scientist. He says his work is necessary to explore what bioterrorists might do. But the research brings closer the prospect of pox viruses that cause only mild infections in humans being turned into diseases lethal even to people who have been vaccinated.

Just a note on the developement of viruses and such... On a radio-program I listen to on occasion, Coast-to-CoastAM they have been continually reporting on the deaths of prominent micro-biologists throughout the world...If I remember correctly over 20 in the past several years. Their deaths have been under varying circumstances, suicides, acidents, etc. One of the last was the prominent english micro-biologist who was involved in the big scandal with their parliment and PM Tony Blair, of course his name slips my mind at the moment. And, according to this show, there may be an organized effort to silence them because some may have worked on the developement of a super-plague... Some frightening food for thought that I figured I would pass on...

Yes, I agree. It worries me, too - to think that we would develop the super plague virus... But then again, the NWO has reps in most of the major powers so I guess I shouldn't be surprised. And it doesn't take a genius to become suspicious of the deaths of so many microbiologists.

They also could be being killed so there won't be anyone capable of coming up with vaccines and treatments for the upcoming plagues.

That's a good point, Skittles. So we get rid of the guys who made the killer viruses, as we elminate both the evidence and the people who would know how to get rid of it....

Though they are not super plague viruses, it kind of makes me wonder about all of these new viruses going around...
